What I want to blog about.

When I originally decided that I wanted to write a blog I wanted to write about how I used fitness to help with depression. I was suffering from postpartum and was in a very somber mood all the time. I am not a fan of being medicated especially because at the time I was breastfeeding. I was also going through a lot personal issues and found fitness to be my saving grace. I wanted to write about something I know a lot of women who have kids go through.
